Welcome to Jolt 'n Bolt.

Our petite café is located in the same building as our bakery and offers customers a good selection of homemade and reasonably priced breakfast and lunch items, espresso drinks, coffee, other hot and cold drinks, and scrumptious desserts. Breakfast offerings include an assortment of continental breakfast items like croissants, muffins, house-made granola, fresh fruit and juices. The lunch menu includes a variety of sandwiches, salads, soup, and hot meal specials. While in our café, you can see our desserts being made, enjoy the smells of them baking in our ovens, and you might even run into Gerhard or Mary!

Jolt ‘n Bolt café is also our in house retail outlet exclusively for Gerhard Michler Fine European Desserts. While we keep a small selection of desserts ready for purchase in our dessert case, customers can also order many of the very same desserts featured on this website, directly from us in smaller quantities on a retail level.

Whether ordering a custom birthday cake, lemon fruit tart, or even a large quantity of Gerhard’s famous brownies and cookies, since our desserts are made to order, orders need to be placed by 2:00 p.m., at least one business day prior to the desired pick up day. Orders can be placed in person or over the phone and our friendly staff is always willing to help answer any questions you might have. In order to provide you with high quality service, we recommend avoiding our noon time lunch rush, which usually occurs between 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., when placing or picking up a dessert order.

Normal business hours for the cafe are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Jolt ‘n Bolt is not open for food and beverage service on Saturdays, however customers can still pick up their dessert orders during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays and major Holidays and accept Visa, Mastercard, ATM, and cash.
