Mount Diablo

Layers of chocolate, white and rum soaked mado (hazelnut ) sponges with a layer each of raspberry jam, coffee mousse and chocolate mousse, dark chocolate velvet finish, garnished with chocolate dipped meringue kisses and fresh fruit. One of the few “square” cakes in the line.

Buche de Noel

Our traditional French Christmas cake starts with a sheet of white genoise sponge, your choice of chocolate, hazelnut or Grand Marnier mousse, rolled into a log shape. Finished with chocolate butter cream, ridged to resemble the bark of a log, dusted with powdered sugar and cocoa powder, and garnished with meringue mushrooms and holly leaves.
