Gerhard Michler Fine European Desserts

Mary and Gerhard Michler were flattered to be interviewed and photographed by Austrian photojournalists, Jurgen Blemati and Cornelia Schuss, who were in the USA conducting research for a European magazine article.

The focus of the article is on Austrians who have established themselves abroad as "famous chefs" and "extraordinary entrepreneurs in the culinary business", as well as European culture and culinary arts being shared with countries outside Austria, including the USA. The article is expected to be published in a German speaking food and travel magazine in 2014.

Following the interview and photo session, both photojournalists were treated to a tour of the bakery facility, sampled Gerhard’s exquisite European desserts, and enjoyed lunch at Mary and Gerhard's café Jolt'n Bolt.
