Gerhard has created an exquisite collection of assorted bite size petit fours for pastry aficiandos to enjoy. The assortment includes Sticky Toffee Squares, Strawberry Ganache Tartlets, Kahlua & Cream Tartlets, Chocolate Almond Orange Bars, and Pecan Rum Tartlets. These edible works of art are perfect for entertaining!

Sticky Toffee Squares:
Square shaped pecan date nut sponge, sticky toffee filling, and topped with holiday garnish. Traditional European holiday flavor!

Strawberry Ganache:
Shortdough shell filled with decadent strawberry ganache, a swirl of liqueur infused pistachio cream, and topped with a raspberry macaroon. An edible work of art!

Kahlua & Cream Tartlet:
Chocolate shortdough shell filled with Kahlua ganache, topped with a butter cream swirl and a chocolate coffee bean.

Chocolate Almond Orange Bars:
Short dough base, candied orange rind and almond frangipane, dark chocolate ganache, white chocolate ganache, and garnished with chopped pistachios and chocolate curls.

Pecan Rum Tartlets:
Buttery short dough shell filled with pecan pieces, mixed with rum caramel syrup, topped with a pecan half, and lightly dusted with confectioner's sugar.

Sticky Toffee Squares Brown sugar, chopped dates, water, wheat flour, cream, sugar, whole eggs (pasteurized), egg yolks, gelatin, butter, chopped pecans, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda.

Strawberry Ganache:
Flour, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, cream, strawberry puree, Grand Marnier, white chocolate, almond meal, powder sugar, salt, baking powder, red color.

Kahlua & Cream Tartlet:
Flour, butter, sugar, cocoa, eggs, cream, milk, white chocolate, Kahlua, coffee, egg whites, powder sugar, water, salt, baking powder, chocolate bean.

Chocolate Almond Orange Bars:
Bittersweet chocolate, white chocolate, whole eggs, almonds, butter, cream, granulated sugar, orange peel, pistachios, unbleached flour, water, grand marnier, whole milk (3.3%), baking powder.

Pecan Rum Tartlets:
Brown sugar, butter, unbleached flour, whole eggs, pecan halves and pieces, granulated sugar, rum, salt, vanilla, baking powder, powder sugar.

Contains dairy, eggs, nuts, tree nuts and wheat.
