Sticky Toffee

A cylinder shaped dessert with alternating layers of moist date and pecan cake, butterscotch sauce and toffee exquisite cream with chocolate covered English toffee pieces, and wrapped in a wood grain pattern sponge with apricot glaze finish.  Ultimately garnished with a chocolate fan, strawberry half, and chocolate covered English toffee pieces.

Buche de Noel

Our traditional French Christmas cake starts with a sheet of white genoise sponge, your choice of chocolate, hazelnut or Grand Marnier mousse, rolled into a log shape. Finished with chocolate butter cream, ridged to resemble the bark of a log, dusted with powdered sugar and cocoa powder, and garnished with meringue mushrooms and holly leaves.

Egg Nog Mousse Dessert

White Cake with egg nog mousse, a chocoale rum creme brulle center topped with a white chocolate tuille brushed in gold and chocolate pearls.

Graham cracker crust, topped with pumpkin cheesecake and dark chocolate glaze and garnished with a chocolate disk sprinkled with spicy pumpkin seeds.
