Buche de Noel

Our traditional French Christmas cake starts with a sheet of white genoise sponge, your choice of chocolate, hazelnut or Grand Marnier mousse, rolled into a log shape. Finished with chocolate butter cream, ridged to resemble the bark of a log, dusted with powdered sugar and cocoa powder, and garnished with meringue mushrooms and holly leaves.

White cake, cherry jelly, a white chocolate filling wrapped in a festive holiday jaconde and topped with an Amarana cherry and chocolate chards.
