	Classic French Macaroons Made with almond meringue and a cream filled center, Gerhard’s macaroons are available in the following flavors: chocolate, coconut, coffee, passionfruit, pistachio, and raspberry. The chocolate macaroons have chocolate nibs on the meringue, coconut macaroons feature toasted coconut, and pistachio macaroons include roasted pistachio bits.
